I drove past this car at a garage in Hyde a few weeks ago and just had to stop and go back to take some photographs.
It's a 1982 Reliant Scimitar GTE SE6B
The main difference between the SE6A and the SE6B is that the 3 litre Ford Essex V6 engine in the earlier car was replaced by the 2.8 litre Ford Cologne V6.
